Conditions

Georges Media Group will not be held responsible for errors that appear on customer-supplied ads. Ad placement is assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis, with preference shown to renewals and larger ads. Renewals forfeit position preference after October 1st.

Policies

All advertisements are accepted and published by the publisher upon the representation that the agency and/or advertiser is authorized to publish the entire contents and subject matter thereof. In consideration of the publisher’s acceptance of such advertisements for publications, the agency and/or advertiser will indemnify and save the publisher harmless from and against any loss or expense resulting from claims or suits based upon the contents or subject of such advertisements, including, without limitations, claims or suits for libel, violation of rights to privacy, plagiarism, and copyright infringement. All advertisements are published for the benefit of the agency and the advertiser and each of them is jointly and severally liable for all charges. The publisher reserves the right to refuse any advertising and shall not be liable for damages if for any reason he fails to publish an advertisement which is submitted for publication. The publisher is not responsible for any errors in key numbers or other type not set by publisher. The publisher is not responsible for reproduction if material is received after the closing date. Publisher reserves the right to place the word “advertisement” on any ad that in the opinion of the publisher could be mistaken for the publisher’s own editorial.

 

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflicts of law rules.

 

Venue

Any action, proceeding, or suit must be filed in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located within Jefferson Parish, Louisiana. Each party hereby irrevocably waives, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any objection that such party may have or hereafter have to the laying of the venue of any such suit, action or proceeding brought in any such court located in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana and any claim that any such suit, action or proceeding brought in such a court has been brought in an inconvenient forum.

 

Agency Commission

All rates are net.

 

Terms

Advertiser understands and agrees that any transaction on this site is between the Advertiser and NERUS Strategies, LLC, representing Advertiser to Georges Media Group.  Georges Media Group agrees to publish advertising for which advertiser agrees to pay at the publisher rate. Payment due at the time of order by credit card, or if billing arrangements are made, no later than October 31, 2025. Ads booked and accounts not settled by October 31, 2025 subject to cancellation without notice.
